Don't give up
You can return the product you have received within (7) days from the date of delivery without unpacking, using or allowing it to deteriorate. Before returning the product, please send an e-mail to info@biketr.com with your invoice number and order number, stating your reason for return. Our company will contact you as soon as we receive your e-mail or fax and you will be informed how to return the product. The invoice issued in your name must be sent back with the product. Instead of the returned product, another product or the cost of the product will be refunded to your credit card. Transport costs to be paid due to the return will be covered by you.
II. Products Damaged During Transport
Products damaged during transport should not be received and a report about the damage should be made to the transport company. The product should not be returned due to small dents that may be in the box and packaging so as not to damage the product. However, after it is received by you, it will be deemed accepted that the transport company has fulfilled its duty. After the damage report of the unaccepted product is delivered to our store by you, our store will deliver the new product to you in the healthiest way as soon as possible.
III. Defective Products
For faulty products that cannot be noticed during delivery but occur in practice, please send an e-mail containing your invoice and order numbers to info@biketr.com by specifying the faults. If your return justification is deemed appropriate, the faulty product will be replaced with a new one after sending the invoice to our store together with the returned product; Transport costs to be paid due to return will be covered by you.
