The delivery date is not clear for pre-order products. Our company cannot be held responsible for delays caused by suppliers. Our business notifies our customer about the delays experienced in the pre-order product.


In order for the product delivery to be carried out without interruption, please inform the address of your location during the day as the delivery address.


Your requests will be processed to be prepared according to the delivery type you have determined at the end of the order.


Products from our Samsun-based company will be sent by Aras cargo company.


After your orders are approved, they will be delivered to the Cargo company at the end of 3 (three) working days at the latest.

5) Payment Follow-up
